Pushpa 2: Allu Arjun gets perfect elevation

It’s been a little over a year since Pushpa: The Rise was released and created ripples across the nation with its content and songs. This Sukumar directorial is worth every bit and Allu Arjun who ceremoniously changed his fan-given title from “StylishStar” to “Icon-Star” absolutely reinvented himself with the film that deals with sandalwood mafia.

On Friday, the makers (Mythri Movie Makers) released a three minutes eighteen seconds teaser titled, ‘Where is Pushpa?’- Pushpa 2- The Rule!

After the rise comes to the rule. The teaser starts with one line ringing across cable networks, ‘Pushpa escapes from a jail in Tirupati (2004) and he’s badly injured by the bullet shots at him.’ A search team is deployed in the Seshachalam forest to find out the traces of Pushpa.

Meanwhile, the cops find Pushpa’s shirt stained with blood marks. The locals of Chittoor and Tirupati create a ruckus and protests erupt. Thousands gather in support of Pushpa and against the police department.

We can observe the ‘Robinhoodesque’ treatment where people give examples of Pushpa helping them out of their misery. Speculations about Pushpa escaping to Japan, China, and Malaysia start doing the rounds and some say he’s dead. At the fag end of the teaser, the night vision cameras set out in the forest spot Pushpa. His supporters go crazy upon hearing the news. The teaser ends with a quick cut to Allu Arjun with his legs crossed saying– ‘Pushpa- The Rule’.

The film stars Allu Arjun, Rashmika Mandanna, Fahadh Faasil, and others in important roles. Devi Sri Prasad is the music director and Mireslow Kuba Brozek is the cinematographer for the film.
