Sahithya Pusapti, who secured 24th rank in the UPSC, was astounded by the facilities at Visakhapatnam Public Library
On August 20th, 2022, Sahithya Pusapati, an IFS (Probationer), visited the Visakhapatnam Public Library and went through all of the sections, interacting with career aspirants. She was amazed by the infrastructure and modern technological operations in library administration, as well as the services provided to career aspirants. Having studied in New Jersey, the United States, and having visited several libraries, she believes this is the best library she has ever seen.
Being a native of Visakhapatnam she was ranked 24th in the UPSC Civil Service exams and chose Indian Foreign Services.
She spoke to the career aspirants about "Coming Together for Knowledge Dissemination." She shared her experience preparing for civils, as well as techniques for facing the exams and books to be chosen for preparation. She has stated that each failure during the course will serve as a stepping stone to our success. D.S.Varma, Secretary VPLS, presided over the meeting, which was also attended by Dr.S.Vijayakumar, President VPLS, and Sastry, a founding member. MS. Sahithya was honored on the occasion by the Visakhapatnam Public Library team.
