Special Drive Against Vehicles with Black Film in Visakhapatnam District.

In a focused effort to ensure road safety, the Visakhapatnam district police have initiated a crackdown on vehicles with tinted windows. According to Transport Commissioner G.C. Raja Ratnam, fines and legal action are being taken against owners of vehicles found with black film.

This initiative follows the department's observations that many vehicles continue to use dark tinting despite clear regulations prohibiting it.

Over the past two days, special enforcement teams have been deployed to identify and penalize violators. So far, action has been taken against 23 vehicle owners for non-compliance with the tinting laws.

Authorities have reiterated that vehicle owners must remove the black film to avoid fines and further legal consequences, emphasizing the importance of transparency for public safety.
