Special Pujas Commence at Kanaka Mahalakshmi Temple as Sravana Masam Begins

Visakhapatnam: The Kanaka Mahalakshmi Temple in Burujupeta, One Town, Visakhapatnam, celebrated the beginning of the auspicious Sravana Masam on Monday with special pujas starting from 8:20 am.
Temple officials announced that the Varalakshmi Vratam, a significant ritual during this period, will be performed on the second Friday, August 16.
The month of Sravana Masam, which concludes on September 3, is considered highly favorable for conducting religious festivals, marriages, house warming ceremonies, and other traditional events.
Officials also noted an anticipated increase in the price of flowers due to heightened demand throughout the month.
