Visakhapatnam: The Greater Visakhapatnam Municipal Corporation (GVMC) Commissioner P. Sampath Kumar unveiled the poster for the 185th World Photography Day on Monday morning.

The Visakha Photo Journalists Association (VPJA) will organize the event on August 19 and 20.

Held annually with GVMC's support, the grand exhibition takes place at the Visakha Museum on Beach Road. Association President P.N. Murthy and Secretary G. Tirupathirao announced that the two-day photo exhibition will commence at 10:30 AM on August 19.

They shared that Visakha photojournalists will showcase their incredible photographs captured throughout the year.

The exhibition will be inaugurated by distinguished guests and will be open to the public, including students, youth, and tourists, providing both knowledge and entertainment. VPJA members actively participated in the poster unveiling ceremony.
