In a devastating incident at Yelamanchali, a couple lost their lives in a fatal road accident.
The driver, identified as Dorababu, reportedly swerved abruptly to avoid colliding with a two-wheeler attempting to cross the road. Unfortunately, this evasive maneuver led to a loss of control over the vehicle, causing it to leap over the divider and collide head-on with a lorry traveling from Anakapalli to Tuni.
Regrettably, the couple succumbed to the impact, and the Yelamanchali police have initiated a case in connection with the incident. Miraculously, the two-wheeler rider involved in the initial encounter escaped with minor injuries.
The tragedy serves as a stark reminder of the importance of road safety and the unpredictable nature of accidents on the streets.
