An IT company in Madhurawada IT SEZ deceives 200 job applicants and collects more than Rs 40,000 from each applicant

Cypher Fox IT Solutions, located on hill number 2 in the Madhurawada IT SEZ, has been accused of deceiving over 200 candidates by offering jobs. The company's management collected over Rs 40,000 as a security deposit from each candidate after assuring them of the software training they would receive.
The company made the candidates sign the contracts by offering them salaries ranging from Rs16,000 to Rs 20,000. However, no training or salaries were provided by the company.
The victims approached the PM Palem Police Station on Thursday, bringing this incident to light. Previously, the employees filed a similar complaint against this company. The police have assured the victims that an investigation is underway and action will be taken against the company.
