Over 60 tribal girls were placed in Tata Technology institutions with the assistance of the police



Over 180 tribal girls under the age of 20 from Maoist-affected areas in the Paderu police subdivision were trained under the Prerana program, 61 of them were placed at the Tata Technology Institution.


The Prerana program was created with the goal of providing tribal youth with employment and self-employment opportunities. As part of community policing, Superintendent of Police S. Satish Kumar of the Alluri district initiated this program.
 
The Paderu Sub-division invited the Tata Technology Institution for a job drive. Interviews were conducted and selected girls will work for Tata Technologies in Hosur Town, Tamil Nadu.  Collector Sumit Kumar and SP Satish Kumar from the Alluri district were also present.
