Andhra Pradesh Tourism Video Contest Celebrates World Tourism Day
Visakhapatnam: In celebration of "World Tourism Day," observed on September 27, the Andhra Pradesh Tourism Authority (APTA) and the Andhra Pradesh Tourism Development Corporation (APTDC) are excited to announce the AP Tourism Video Competition.
This engaging competition is open to participants residing in six districts, including Srikakulam, Manyam, Vizianagaram, Alluri Sitharama Raju, Visakhapatnam, and Anakapalli. Entrants are invited to create and submit a video, with a maximum duration of 3 minutes, showcasing their preferred tourist spot within these six districts.
The key requirement is to highlight the unique features and attractions of the chosen location. As an ode to the unexplored wonders of Andhra Pradesh, priority will be given to videos that uncover hidden gems within the designated districts. Participants are encouraged to venture off the beaten path and reveal the lesser-known treasures of the state.
To cater to a wider audience, the voice-over language for the videos should be either Telugu or English. A distinguished panel of judges will be entrusted with the responsibility of assessing the videos.
The most outstanding entries will be rewarded with the top three prizes, and the winners will be announced on September 27, marking the occasion of "World Tourism Day."
