Visakhapatnam: In response to the recent floods that devastated Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, Divi’s Laboratories Limited, led by Managing Director Murali K. Divi, has pledged ₹15 crore to aid flood victims.

This contribution comes as both state governments called for public and corporate support to restore flood-affected areas.

Murali K. Divi stepped forward with a donation of ₹10 crore to the Chief Minister’s Relief Funds (CMRF) of both states - ₹5 crore each for Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.

An additional ₹5 crore was allocated towards direct flood relief efforts, including providing meals for 16 lakh flood-affected individuals through the Akshaya Patra Foundation.

“Our contribution aims to provide immediate humanitarian support and encourage others to come together during these challenging times,” said Divi, urging the public to assist in the restoration work. 

The donations were officially handed over to Andhra Pradesh HRD Minister Nara Lokesh and Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy.
