Initial Days
Starting off was tough because nobody understood what I was doing. But consistency is my key.
Struggles: Ridicule from people who never understood mental health issues, one person asked me to take up the art of living and that everything will be cured.
Quote on women's day: It's the best but makes sure your own cup is full before you set out to serve others. Responsibility doesn't necessarily mean putting others first.
Thoughts on Women’s Life:
Advice to women: Live life, there's only one..never regret anything and exper everything that life has to offer..you are never too late to achieve what you want to...and more importantly you are a lot more important than you give yourself credit for Crimes against women have increased in recent times.
What would you say about that?
Women are still not aware of what has to be done to make their voices heard. We still teach our girls to stay cautious instead of teaching them how to protect themselves, the entire outlook has to change more
Favourite Book: ShantaramWhere do you aim to see yourself in the next five years?
Working with multiple mental health organisations
What are your thoughts about feminism?
Very misunderstood and misrepresented. Empowerment doesn't mean superiority..it is about creating equal opportunities where talent is the only deciding factor of who does better...Women should not be judged on their choices and men must not be made to feel inferior
