Ramya Adimulam weighed 109 kgs during a point of time and climbing one staircase was a mammoth task for her. Then she started off a wellness journey after experiencing a drastic change in my health and body through regular exercise and conscious eating.

Wellness world is very competitive. As I’m not in this for Money making , I never felt the pinch throughout. My motto from day one was to inculcate the concept of healthy living among my clients and netizens .

Make happiness your first priority .Take time to pamper your emotional and Physical needs. Every woman tries to keep a smile on their face to live up to the “ Great Expectations' of the society irrespective of their monetary problems, marital crisis, hormone changes , motherhood challenges etc. It’s very important to take time off from this never ending movie .

Where do you aim to see yourself in the next five years?
Would love to see myself as a successful mother first because it’s not easy to raise a teenager in this generation. Aiming to influence people to quit meat from their diets as it brings a bounty of benefits to one’s health and the planet .

#metoo #choosetochallenge #breakthebias every woman’s Day a new hashtag pops up . But are they really making a difference ? There is no point fighting for gender equality. We must strive to change the perception of the opposite gender about women in every walk of life .
