Two filed Metainventions share one 0-to-1 line. The 0→1 Doctrine matches each human need against what a supplier delivers, weighs the fit, checks legal and safety limits, and seals a receipt before AI acts. Band-Based Archive Triage (BBAT), filed in India and under the PCT, sorts data, new or stored, to retain, purge or promote, and draws value from data in secure vaults. Any field, from one need to billions.

NEW TO THE INVENTIONS?

The 0→1 Doctrine places any measurable need or capability, in any unit and any field, on a single scale from 0 to 1. AI may act only when need and capability fit inside limits that humans set.

BBAT brings the same scale to data, freshly made or long stored, and decides what is kept, deleted or put to work.

MANY FIELDS, MANY UNITS

A laboratory counts in microlitres, a shipping line in containers, an insurer in loss ratios, a city in litres per head. AI now works across all of them, yet each keeps its own units, rules and data. Matching needs to supplies, or trusting data, stalls at every border.

ONE LINE, MANY BANDS

The Doctrine places each reading between 0 and 1 against its own accepted range, using a conversion suited to that measure. Real needs are rarely one exact point, so each need and capability becomes a band: the stretch of the line that is acceptable. A need band is then checked against the matching capability band.

MATCH, STEP BY STEP

A human need enters as User System Parameters and becomes a User Compliance Code. A Product Design Token sets out what the product or service must meet. The supplier answers with an Asset Capability Token, its declared range. Raw details stay with their owner; Delete-Before-Share removes the working copy before bands move.

WHAT COUNTS MOST

When several factors decide one fit, they rarely matter equally. A weight states how much each counts. The shared 0-to-1 format lets differently measured factors enter one weighted calculation, each keeping its own meaning and range. The Service-Product Fit Score then combines the weighted factors into one measure of fit.

WHO SETS THE WEIGHTS

In the Doctrine, weighting can favour safety-critical needs, legal duties or a user's preferences; hard limits remain separate checks. In BBAT's cross-agent check, a sector's governance body declares the weights, and they add up to one, so raising one lowers another. Weights can be refined when drift appears, with changes traceable.

WEIGHTS RANK, LIMITS RULE

A weight can raise or lower a fit, but it cannot buy a way past a limit. A delivery route that is fast and cheap is still refused if a driver's legal rest time would be broken. The Manufacturing Authorization Token issues only once legal, safety and regulatory checks are cleared.

MORE THAN YES OR NO

The filing lists outcomes from full or conditional approval to redesign, a switch of supplier, refusal with reasons, or escalation to a human. Meanwhile, the Orchestration and Compliance Token reads live conditions and can pause or correct a step that drifts outside its band.

SEAL: EVERY ACT RECEIPTED

Each governed act closes with an Actuation Compliance Receipt: bands, rules applied, outcome and time, without raw data. Regulators and partners can check what was allowed. Receipts are designed for quantum-resilient cryptography, so a record sealed today is meant to stay intact as computing grows stronger.

WARNINGS, WASTE, REPAIR

Four supervisory modules surround the main line. One advises on risk before an act. One measures waste of material, energy and time. One guides repair or rollback afterwards. One watches wider environmental and civic signals. Their signals can feed the next decision.

SORT: DATA, NEW OR STORED

Data piles up faster than anyone reads it, from one file to trillions of data points. BBAT's first stage reads only metadata, such as age, jurisdiction and legal-hold status, never content. A combined retention index on the same line marks each item retain, purge or promote.

LAW FIRST, HUMANS ON CALL

Where two jurisdictions set different keeping periods, the stricter can apply. A legal hold stops deletion and routes the case to a Human Override Pathway. Purged data is destroyed with a sealed receipt; promoted data moves forward only for a declared, approved use.

VALUE DRAWN INSIDE THE VAULT

Promoted data is processed in a Trusted Execution Environment inside a Dark Data Vault. Only bands leave, never raw data, and multiple In-Vault Derivation Axiom conditions, including minimum group size and band width, must hold. The working copy is deleted, and release waits for hardware attestation and a sealed receipt.

DATA THAT EARNS AND TEACHES

Through Dark Data Monetisation Without Exposure (DDME), a holder can offer bands to partners, so idle data can earn without revealing what it holds. Band-Derived Training Signals (BDTS) turn attested bands into training data for AI models of any size, provenance attached. Purging what no longer serves can lower storage cost.

MANY AGENTS, ONE PATTERN

Billions of AI actions can each pass their own checks yet add up to risk. The Cross-Agent Aggregation Detector (CAAD) works from sealed receipts alone, without identities or raw data, to spot clusters in time, topic or counterparty, and alerts the competent authority. Another check flags one agent drifting step by step.

EVERY MAJOR FIELD

Planet and resources: water, soil, climate. Energy and infrastructure: grids, ports, buildings. Enterprise and commerce: orders, stock, services. Science and precision: labs, telescopes, genomes. Public life and services: health, education, public records. Robotics and agents: fleets, drones, software agents. One line, one gate, one receipt.

AHEAD OF SUPERINTELLIGENCE

Superintelligence remains ahead, and neither filing claims to create it. For actions and data routed through them, both offer a rule that holds however capable AI becomes: measure on one line, weigh by human choice, act inside limits, keep only data that serves, and seal the result. Artificial Intelligence can meet that rule today.
