• The NLMC, under the Department of Public Enterprises, Ministry of Finance, is organising investor meets ahead of the RINL land e-auction.
• The meetings will be held in Visakhapatnam on September 23, Vijayawada on September 24 and Hyderabad on September 25.
• The meetings are intended to brief prospective investors, developers and eligible participants about the land portfolio, auction process and bidding requirements.
• The RINL portfolio consists of 459 plots covering 93,572.21 square yards in Visakhapatnam.
• 456 residential plots in HB Colony account for 87,949.77 square yards.
• Another three plots in Auto Nagar, Gajuwaka cover 5,622.44 square yards.
• Individual plot sizes range from approximately 128.94 to 2,728 square yards.
• The properties are located in established residential, commercial and industrial areas of the city.
