Symbiosys Technologies CEO, O.Naresh Kumar, has  donated an open-air gym for inmates of the central prison in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. This is not the first time that Symbiosys Technologies has reached out to help the inmates of the prison. 

Earlier, the company had conducted several medical camps and donated medicines and fans to the inmates during the COVID-19 pandemic. The good work of the company has been appreciated by the officials of the prison.

The SP of the central prison, Shri Rahul garu, informed the IG of Prisons about the contributions made by Symbiosys Technologies to the inmates of the prison. The IG, Shri Srinivas garu, expressed his appreciation of the good social work done by Symbiosys Technologies. 

This gesture by Symbiosys Technologies is a perfect example of how corporate social responsibility can make a significant difference in the lives of people.

The gym has been inaugurated on 14th March 2020 at 11:30 am at the Central Prison, Visakhapatnam. The gym will be a great facility for the inmates to maintain their physical fitness and mental well-being.

The gym equipment has a comprehensive set of nearly 9 individual stand-alone, out door exercise machines valued at nearly 7 lakhs.  The initiative of Symbiosys Technologies will have a positive impact on the lives of the inmates and help them stay fit and healthy.

Shri Uday K Patta of the Uday Foundation also promised more in organizing more medical camps. This shows that the efforts of Symbiosys Technologies have inspired others to come forward and help the inmates of the prison.
