Over 50 tourist spots are to be developed in the Visakhapatnam district

On Tuesday, a tourism walk was organized at RK beach to commemorate World Tourism Day. Officials, students, and volunteers took part in the tourism walk, which began at Kali Mata temple and ended at the YSR statue on RK beach.

Addressing the crowd, District Collector A Mallikarjun emphasized the importance of making Destiny City a clean and plastic-free destination, as well as the importance of each individual's role in achieving this goal.

He stated that the tourism department, VMRDA, and GVMC will develop more than 50 tourist spots in the district to improve tourism and attract tourists on a larger scale.
