Ch Narasinga Rao, Chairman of Visakha Ukku Parirakhsana Porata Committe said that  they have altogether decided to intensify the Visakhapatnam steel plant movement.

Large-scale protests would be staged to mark the 365 - day anniversary of the hunger strike on February 12. 

In an interaction with the reporters at Dwarakanagar Public Library, he said that they would gheraeo BJP office in Visakhapatnam Feb 13. 

Chairman also called for a bandh in Visakhapatnam with another demand Feb 23.
Ch Narasinga Rao requested all the state political parties and public associations to participate in the bandh across the state on that day.

He also mentioned about the 1 crore signature movement where he will be collecting signatures from general public, farmers, employees, workers and all sections of the people of Visakhapatnam to directly involve them in the future struggle. He said that he would protest against the Centre by collecting crore signatures.
