Massive 'Visakha Vandanam' Celebration Planned to Welcome Chief Minister to Visakhapatnam

Visakhapatnam: The excitement is palpable as Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy prepares to relocate to Visakhapatnam.

To commemorate this significant move, a grand event titled 'Visakha Vandanam' is scheduled for October 15.

The announcement was made during a conference held in Visakhapatnam, where YSRCP regional coordinator YV Subba Reddy expressed the anticipation surrounding the Chief Minister's decision to shift to Visakhapatnam.

The 'Visakha Vandanam' program aims to celebrate this pivotal decision made by the Chief Minister.

The event will be organized under the supervision of a non-political Joint Action Committee (JAC), which wholeheartedly welcomes the Chief Minister's move to Visakhapatnam, scheduled to occur after Vijaya Dasami.

It's worth recalling that Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy had earlier announced his intention to shift to Visakhapatnam from Dasara. 'Visakha Vandanam' is set to surpass the 'Visakha garjana' event organized when the three-capital plan was initially announced, promising an even grander scale of celebration.

Speaking at the conference, IT Minister Gudivada Amarnath emphasized that Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy can effectively govern from any city and that the people have warmly embraced the concept of three capitals.

Chairman of the Joint Action Committee, Lajapat Rai, highlighted the potential for the comprehensive development of North Andhra once Visakhapatnam assumes the role of the executive capital.

The 'Visakha Vandanam' celebration promises to be a momentous occasion as Visakhapatnam prepares to welcome the Chief Minister with open arms.
